Annette Spencer is an artist based in Landrum, South Carolina. She specializes in pastel pet portraits, wildlife and nature scenes. She is originally from Louisville, Kentucky with an art degree from the University of Kentucky and a masters degree from Converse College. Her love of horses led her to the Upstate of South Carolina where she currently teaches art in a public school.
